The masterclass will give a short introduction about the different dealcoholization technologies and the following steps in terms of secure bottling.

Based on different samples, a comparative tasting will show the sensory effect of dealcoholization. Based on that different enological strategies are shown how to optimize the sensory character of dealcoholized wines.
